Commercial quantity rates and package rates are available.   Individual property
evaluations with customized quotes are provided.   Larger, multi-unit properties can
also be quoted for servicing 1/2 or 1/3 of the units each year on a rotating basis.

      Plastic and Foil Connectors:           

Do not meet most building & fire codes
               
May void the warranty on new dryers
              
Restrict air-flow due to ribbed surfaces,
causing accelerated lint build-up, overheating
of the dryer, and dryer fires

Will spread the fire when one starts, because
plastic and foil burn and melt easily

Dryer Vent Cleaning Rates:

$139. for up to 10 feet of vent pipe cleaned,
                                 plus $3./foot for each foot over 10 feet
** Includes cleaning the INTERIOR of the dryer (lint trap, around motor and heating
element -  where fires usually start)

NOTE: If a BIRD'S NEST is found in vent, it usually comes out in the normal cleaning
process. However, if excessive time/effort is required to remove it, invoice subject to
additional charge.

Homeowners' Associations
We offer special rates when working with
Homeowners' Associations.   A time-frame is agreed
upon where homeowners can take advantage
of quantity pricing.
